为了提高财会人员的业务水平,我们于1982年3月起采取自力更生的方法,从现有财会人员中选出三名水平较高的同志讲课,每天早晨挤出一个小时,全体财会人员参加一起学习.由于学习人员水平高低不齐,只有采取就低不就高,从头学起的办法.学习内容有会计基本核算知识、商业会计制度、商业会计、财务计划、财务分析、财务管理、财务制度、财经纪律及有关开支文件、珠算计算技术共十门课程.开课以来,学习劲头很足,每月末搞一次小测验.为了给报表工作让路,月末和月初暂时停课.每月初的第一课除公布上月末测验的成绩外,并对考题逐道进行讲解,怎样答才对,为什么对;错又错在哪儿.讲课的同志既是教员,也是学员,下课后互相征求意见,错了就纠正.
