饮食是文化,但饮食文化并不等于企业文化。经营餐饮也不能简单地理解为经营文化。只有当饮食文化与企业文化有机结合,在做饮食文化的同时更重要的是做企业文化,这样的餐饮企业才有生命力,这样的企业也才能具有核心竞争力。西安“坊上人”清真餐饮有限公司就是这样一个具有核心竞争力,又具有很强生命力的餐饮企业。作为这个企业的董事长,盛志明先生在用文化打造企业核心竞争力方面做了大量工作,也做了不少有益的尝试和探索。
