I. Introduction: Phosphorescence was discovered in the early 17th century when there was no systematic study of this phenomenon, only a case of the alchemists’ attempts to find precious metals. The eighteenth century was a turning point in the study of crystalline phosphors and began to test this phenomenon. In the late eighteenth century and early nineteenth century, B.B.
