一、研究对象与方法对河北省篮管中心所管理的男、女篮球队目前的生存状态为主要研究对象。针对河北省篮管中心的职权范围,以面谈、现场观看的方式,对国内、省内部分篮球界专家、高级教练进行了专访,就河北省目前篮球职业队的生存状况以及未来发展所存在的一些问题进行了座谈,对本研究的设计和方法进行了请教,得到多数专家的认可。
