本文研究了用Na—K法制得的C/Al复合材料的腐蚀行为,并与用CVD法制得的C/Al复合材料进行了比较,指出:两种材料在蒸馏水及3.5%盐水介质中浸渍14天后,均发生了严重的腐蚀;表面粗糙给腐蚀带来不利影响;长期空气暴露将导致前种材料发生缺陷部位(晶界、C—Al界面等)腐蚀。
In this paper, the corrosion behavior of C / Al composites prepared by Na-K method was investigated and compared with that of C / Al composites prepared by CVD method. It was pointed out that both materials were immersed in distilled water and 3.5% saline medium for 14 Severe corrosion took place in all days; rough surface caused adverse effects on corrosion; long-term exposure to air would lead to corrosion of the defect sites (grain boundary, C-Al interface, etc.) of the former species.
