The Outline for the Examination of the National College Admissions Examination in 1979 (hereinafter referred to as the Outline) has been published by the Central Education Department. The majority of young intellectuals who are candidates for exams are conscientiously studying the “Guidelines” and are working hard to prepare for the exams. Here, I would like to talk about the individual’s views on the spirit and requirements of the “Syllabus (Mathematics)” for the reference of the majority of young candidates and tutors. First of all, the “Syllabus” put forward three general requirements, and then sub algebra, geometry, triangles and analytic geometry are proposed for each sub-section.
