我省会计事务管理处于1984年10月成立。在财政部和厅党组领导下,在各地、各部门的积极配合下,全省会计事务管理部门的同志齐心协力,艰苦创业,工作逐步开展。目前全省86个地市州、县(市)全部建立了会计事务管理机构,实有干部457人。现将两年多以来的工作情况汇报如下: 一、加强会计人员管理,多形式培养会计人才我省有27万财会人员(包括乡镇企业会计),如何组织、管理和发挥这些会计人员的作用,是会计事务管理部门的重要职责,把会计人员的管理抓好了,积极性调动起来了,我们的工作就好做了。 1.采取颁发《会计证》的办法。作为加强会计人员管理的突破口。在深入调查,广泛征求意见的基础上,我们于1985年10月制定了《湖北省会计证管理暂行办法》。同
