渗碳和碳氮共渗的20CrMnTi和20CrMnMo钢淬火齿轮齿形试样,为评定节圆处的残留奥氏体、尖角处碳化物和心部铁素体,测定退火后的渗层深度,以及评定正火轮齿毛坯试样的晶粒度、带状和魏氏组织,用金相试样粗磨后经表面化学抛光的方法可以省去机械抛光操作。所用化学抛光液的配方为:氟氢酸0.4ml,双氧水0.6ml,草酸1g,硝酸0.2ml(1:1),蒸馏水9ml。
