本文从专业设置、硬件设施、师资状况、课程与教学、招生与就业等方面对我国中等职业教育汽车专业人才培养状况进行了调查。分析结果表明,我国汽车专业人才培养尚存在以下制约因素:未建立起以校企合作为特征的现代人才培养模式;办学条件有限,发展不均衡;专业发展缺乏规划,教学内容不适应行业需求;专业师资数量不足,能力有限,缺乏真正的“双师型”教师。 This article has carried on the investigation to our country secondary vocational education automobile profession personnel training condition from the profession establishment, the hardware facility, the teacher condition, the curriculum and the teaching, the enrollment and the employment and so on. The results show that the following constraints exist in the training of automotive professionals in our country: the mode of training modern talents characterized by the cooperation between schools and enterprises is not established; the conditions for running schools are limited and the development is uneven; the professional development lacks planning; the teaching content does not meet the needs of the industry; Lack of professional teachers, limited capacity, the lack of a real “double teacher” teacher.
