目的:探讨1%阿托品眼膏联合多焦点渐变镜与角膜塑形镜控制青少年中低度近视的疗效。方法:选取2015年1月至2016年12月郑州大学第二附属医院收治的80例青少年中低度近视患者,根据不同治疗方法分为治疗组(n=40)和对照组(n=40),对照组患者接受角膜塑形镜治疗,治疗组患者采用1%阿托品眼膏联合多焦点渐变镜治疗,评价两组患者临床疗效,记录不良反应。结果:治疗组总有效率95.00%与对照组的77.50%比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前屈光度和视力比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,治疗组和对照组屈光度、视力较治疗前比较,已有明显改善,且治疗组改善更明显,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:使用1%阿托品眼膏联合多焦点渐变镜能够延缓屈光度增加,提高患者视力,具有起效快、疗效佳、操作简单、安全性高等优点。
Objective: To investigate the curative effect of 1% atropine ointment combined with multifocal gradient mirror and orthokeratology on controlling middle and low myopia in adolescents. Methods: From January 2015 to December 2016, 80 young and middle-grade myopic patients admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were divided into treatment group (n = 40) and control group (n = 40) according to different treatment methods. The patients in the control group received orthokeratology. The patients in the treatment group were treated with 1% atropine ointment combined with multifocal gradient mirror, and the clinical efficacy was evaluated and the adverse reactions recorded. Results: The total effective rate was 95.00% in the treatment group compared with 77.50% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment (P> 0.05) After treatment, the refraction and visual acuity of the treatment group and the control group were significantly improved compared with those before treatment, and the improvement in the treatment group was more obvious with significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion: The combination of 1% atropine ointment and multifocal gradient mirror can prolong the refraction and improve the visual acuity of patients. It has the advantages of rapid onset, good curative effect, simple operation and high safety.
