全自动燃气高速烧嘴抽屉窑 上海电瓷厂该项目系机电部第七设计研究院及上海电瓷厂消化吸收国外先进炉窑优点,自行设计研制且大部分材料采用国内产品的新颖电瓷焙烧窑炉——煤气等温高速烧嘴40m~3抽屉窑。 该项目设计研制了具有国际八十年代先进水平的自动控制等温喷射系统,包括性能优异的调温烧嘴和建立在分段函数基础之上的自控系统,使整个烧成过程实现自动化。实践证明系统运行良好,烧成曲线重复性强,窑温均匀,窑压控制精度达到±10Pa。 该窑炉结构为具有国际水平的浮锚式轻质薄壁结构。能平衡窑压的悬挂式平顶和窑门。大型低蓄热窑车,使蓄热损失降为传统倒焰窑的四分之一。原烧制产品需套装匣钵的落后工艺根本革除,大大缩短了烧成周期。通过换热器回收废气余热,预热助燃空气,使设备热能利用率大为提高,窑车进出窑炉及转运全部实现机械化。
