2010年7月至9月,中国汽车质量网陆续收到各类汽车投诉案例654宗,投诉来自全国各省、直辖市和自治区。其中无效投诉案例3宗(投诉人姓名、联系方式不实以及重复投诉),实际收到投诉案例651宗。车型囊括国外品牌、合资品牌和自主品牌。投诉对象包括汽车质量、经销商服务质量、厂商服务质量以及综合性投诉。投诉故障涉及汽车8大系统。
From July to September 2010, China Automotive Quality Network successively received 654 cases of various kinds of automobile complaints, with complaints from all provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions in China. Among them, there were 3 invalid complaint cases (complainant’s name, false contact information and repeated complaints), and actually received 651 complaint cases. Models include foreign brands, joint venture brands and own brands. Complaints include vehicle quality, dealer service quality, service quality manufacturers and a comprehensive complaint. Complaint failure involving the car eight major systems.
