1987年,当我们用细胞学方法鉴定小麦丰抗13单体株时,在部分单体系内发现了双单体植株,选出后并进性了自交、测交及其后代的细胞学研究。结果表明它们与缺体的染色体数目相同,均为40,但其减数分裂中期Ⅰ染色体构型不同。另一方面,双单体的长势和育性都比缺体好,接近单体。目前已在12个单体系内选出双单体株系。
In 1987, when we identified wheat Feng-13 by cytological methods, we found double-haploid plants in some single lines. After selection, we conducted self-introgression, cross-fertilization and cytology studies. The results showed that they share the same number of chromosomes as that of the absence chromosomes, all of which are 40, but their metaphase I chromosomes are different. On the other hand, the dual monomer growth and fertility are better than missing, close to monomer. At present, double monomer lines have been selected in 12 single lines.
