为明确锁阳寄生对白刺各器官生物量以及碳水化合物含量、累积量和分配比例的影响,本研究采用称重法测定生物量、蒽酮比色法测定糖和淀粉的含量。结果表明:1)锁阳寄生后,白刺根、茎、叶生物量分别减少2.58、6.87和4.61g/株,寄生复合体生物量也降低2.82g/株。2)锁阳寄生后,白刺根、叶中可溶性糖的含量分别提高0.8%、0.17%,茎降低0.61%;白刺根、茎、叶淀粉含量分别提高6.24%、1.87%、0.39%;非结构性碳水化合物的含量则分别提高7.05%、1.25%、0.56%。3)锁阳寄生后,白刺根、茎、叶非结构性碳水化合物分配比例均分别降低3.59%、25.09%、16.35%。研究结果说明锁阳寄生调整白刺体内碳水化合物更多地向锁阳中分配和累积。
In order to clarify the effects of parasitism of Cynomorium mongolicatus on the biomass, carbohydrate content, cumulant and distribution proportion of various organs of Nitraria tangutorum, the biomass was determined by weighing method and the content of sugar and starch by anthrone colorimetric method. The results showed as follows: 1) The biomass of roots, stems and leaves decreased by 2.58, 6.87 and 4.61 g / plant, respectively, and the biomass of parasitic complex also decreased by 2.82 g / plant after parasitization. The content of soluble sugar in root and leaf increased by 0.8%, 0.17% and 0.61% respectively. The starch content in roots, stems and leaves increased by 6.24%, 1.87% and 0.39%, respectively. Non-structural carbohydrate content increased by 7.05%, 1.25%, 0.56%. 3) After the parasitoid was parasitized, the non-structural carbohydrate distribution ratios of roots, stems and leaves decreased by 3.59%, 25.09% and 16.35% respectively. The results show that the parasitism of Cynomys luteus adjusts more carbohydrate to the distribution and accumulation of Cynomorium.
