azithromycin(AZM)和氧氟沙星(OFLX)用于治疗尿道留量导尿管(包括膀胱瘘)的难治性复杂性尿道感染患者.所用药物为AZM片.每片250mg;OFLX片.每片100mg.给药方法:联用组 AZM 1次500mg,1日1次,给药3日;OFLX 1 次200mg,1日 3次,给药7日.单用组OFLX 1 次200mg,1日 3次,给药7日.由主治医师判定的效果,联用组显效3例,有效7例,无效5例,有效率为66.7%(10/15);单用组显效4例,有效4例,无效9例,有效率为41.1%(8/17).联用组的有效率较高.根据UTI药效评价基准判定的效果.即综合临床效果,联用组显效3例.有效6例,无效6例,有效率为60.0%(9/15);单用组显效4例,有效3例,无效10例,有效率为 41.2%(7/17).也以联用组的有效率为优.尿中细菌转阴率,联用组为53、3%,单用组为35.3%.仍是联用组为高.联用组在给药前由尿中分离出34株菌中有31株清除,细菌清除率为91.2%;单用组32株菌中有22株清除,细菌清除率为68.8%.还是联用组较高.联用组只有1例出现轻度不适感,停止给药后症状消失.临床检查值两组均无异常.研究结果表明,AZM和OFLX联用疗法对留置导尿管的难治性复杂性尿道感染的治疗更为有效.
