【Abstract】 objective： to explore the application and effect of comfortable nursing concept in perioperative nursing of patients with meningioma.Methods： 56 patients with meningioma surgery admitted from our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were selected as the research objects. According to different nursing methods， they were divided into the control group and the comfort group， including 27 cases in the control group and 29 cases in the comfort group. The nursing effects of the two groups of patients under different nursing methods were compared.Results： the integration of the concept of comfort care in perioperative nursing successfully improved the psychological state of patients， and the incidence of complications was effectively controlled.The difference was statistically significant （P
