大屏幕投影电视的激发密度远远大于普通电视,荧光粉的饱和特性和老化特性成了选择的重要标准。本工作研究了两种绿粉的衰退特性,找出引起变化的机制,并在此基础上改进制备方法,提高了荧光粉的衰退特性。
Large-screen projection TV excitation density is far greater than the average TV, the saturation characteristics of phosphor and aging characteristics have become an important criterion for choice. This work studied the decay characteristics of two kinds of green powders, found out the mechanism that caused the change, and improved the preparation method on the basis of them to improve the decay characteristics of the phosphor.
