目的:尝试建立一种符合磨盘草自身特点的红外指纹图谱分析方法。方法:利用红外光谱法及双指标序列法对不同产地磨盘草药材进行红外光谱的特征峰研究。结果:不同产地的磨盘草药材红外光谱具有相似的特征峰,其共有峰率在73.6%-100%之间,变异峰率在5.9%-21.4%之间。结论:利用共有峰率和变异峰率双指标序列分析方法可以对2个或多个磨盘草样品进行方便的鉴别。
Objective: To establish a method of infrared fingerprint analysis that accords with the characteristics of Abrasives. Methods: The characteristic peaks of IR spectra of Radix scutellariae from different habitats were studied by infrared spectroscopy and double-index sequence method. Results: The IR spectra of Radix Glabrae from different areas had similar characteristic peaks with the common peak rates ranging from 73.6% to 100% and the variation peak rates ranging from 5.9% to 21.4%. Conclusion: Two or more disc samples can be easily identified by using the double index sequence analysis of common peak and mutation peak rate.
