文中研究了改性双基推进剂的羽流特性问题。采用NASA-CEA对配方进行了化学平衡计算,在分析组分质量分数及喷管入口参数的基础上,建立含组分输运方程、化学反应动力过程以及气凝两相流动过程方程组,采用流场计算软件Fluent对这些方程组进行联合求解,获得了羽流结构及其组分分布场。结果表明,考虑化学反应模型前后,羽流结构及组分分布发生了明显变化,离散相模型对羽流速度分布影响很大。为羽流特性效应研究提供基础。
In this paper, the problem of plume characteristics of modified double base propellants is studied. The formula of chemical equilibrium was calculated by NASA-CEA. Based on the analysis of component mass fraction and nozzle inlet parameters, equations of component transport equation, chemical reaction kinetic process and air-condensate two-phase flow process were established. Flow field calculation software Fluent jointly solved these equations to obtain the plume structure and its component distribution field. The results show that the structure and composition distribution of plume changes obviously before and after considering the chemical reaction model, and the discrete phase model has a great influence on the plume velocity distribution. It provides the foundation for the study of plume flow characteristics.
