QH—P_5平菇是我场用自然选育方法获得的一个高产菌株。三年来通过场内大面积栽培及各地试验推广,证明该菌株具有适应性强、产量高、菇质好、效益高等优点。为使其进一步发挥增产潜力,特将此菌株的一般特性、培养料选配及栽培技术要点介绍如下。(一)生物特性菌丝生长温度范围3～32℃,最适18～28℃;菌丝短绒状,洁白浓密,爬壁力强。子实体生长温度范围4～26℃,最适8～18℃;幼时灰黑色,成熟浅褐色,单片半圆形,丛生莲花状,单朵直
QH-P_5 Pleurotus ostreatus is a high-yielding strain obtained by natural breeding method in our field. In the past three years, it has been proved that the strain has the advantages of strong adaptability, high yield, good mushroom quality and high efficiency through large-scale cultivation in the field and experiment promotion around. In order to further enhance the yield potential, especially the general characteristics of this strain, culture materials matching and cultivation techniques are as follows.
