内蒙古高校教职工生活行为方式的调查分析

目的了解内蒙古高校教职工的生活行为方式现状。方法以2011年内蒙古某高校参加健康体检的在职及离、退休教职工1 671人作为研究对象,采用问卷调查方式了解健康现状。采用SPSS 22.0统计软件对数据进行x~2检验,P≤0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果摄入食用油、食用盐、畜禽肉类、奶类、蛋类均超过推荐量标准;豆类、鱼虾类和水果类未达到推荐量标准;蔬菜类及谷类薯类及杂豆达到推荐量标准。男性经常饮酒率高于女性(P<0.05)。年龄36~54岁、≥55岁男性经常饮用白酒比率均高于年龄<36岁者(x~2=11.560、P=0.001;x~2=5.206、P=0.023)。年龄36~54岁、≥55岁男性经常饮用啤酒比率均低于年龄<36岁者(x~2=13.392、P=0.000;x~2=8.023、P=0.005)。年龄≥55岁女性偶尔饮酒比率低于年龄≥55岁男性(x~2=6.466、P=0.011)。男性不饮酒比率低于女性(x~2=82.332、P=0.000)。男性经常吸烟率高于女性(x~2=126.860、P=0.000);其中36~54岁男性经常吸烟率高于年龄<36岁及≥55岁组(x~2=14.600、P=0 000,x~2=16.040、P=0.000)。男性偶尔吸烟率高于女性(x~2=32.876、P=0.000);<36岁、36~54岁男性偶尔吸烟率均高于女性(x~2=13.793、P=0.000;x~2=17.751,P=0.000)。≥55岁女性经常参加体育活动的比例高于年龄≥55岁男性(x~2=6.233、P=0.013),≥55岁经常参加体育活动的男女教职工比例均高于其他两个年龄段。紧张感觉压力大教职工占67.12%,其中女教工比例为76.00%,男教工比例为58.95%。年龄36~54岁、≥55岁女性紧张压力大比例均高于同年龄段男性(x~2=5.305、P=0.021;x~2=7.407、P=0.006)。结论内蒙古高校教职工的日常饮食、生活行为方式还存在诸多问题;合理膳食、戒烟限酒、适量运动、心理平衡是增强高校教职工身体素质,预防慢性病,促进健康的有效途径。 Objective To understand the current situation of the living behavior of faculty in Inner Mongolia. Methods A total of 1,671 in-service and retired staff from a university in Inner Mongolia in 2011 were selected as research subjects and the health status quo was investigated by questionnaire. Using SPSS 22.0 statistical software on the data x ~ 2 test, P≤0.05 for the difference was statistically significant. Results The consumption of edible oil, salt, livestock and poultry meat, milk and eggs exceeded the recommended standards; beans, fish and shrimp and fruit did not meet the recommended standards; vegetables and grains yam and beans reached Recommended amount of standard. Men often had higher alcohol consumption rates than women (P <0.05). The rates of regular drinking white wine in men aged 36-54 years and 55 years old were higher than those in patients <36 years old (x ~ 2 = 11.560, P = 0.001; x ~ 2 = 5.206, P = 0.023). The rates of beer drinkers aged 36-54 and ≥55 years were lower than those aged <36 years old (x ~ 2 = 13.392, P = 0.000; x ~ 2 = 8.023, P = 0.005). Occasional urinary alcohol consumption was lower in women ≥55 years of age than in those aged ≥55 years (x ~ 2 = 6.466, P = 0.011). Men do not drink less than women (x ~ 2 = 82.332, P = 0.000). The prevalence of smoking in males was higher than that in females (x ~ 2 = 126.860, P = 0.000). The prevalence of smoking in males aged 36- 54 years was higher than those in females <36 and ≥55 (x 2 = 14.600, P = 0.000 , x ~ 2 = 16.040, P = 0.000). The incidence of occasional smoking in males was higher than that in females (x ~ 2 = 32.876, P = 0.000); the prevalence of occasional smoking among males <36 years and 36-54 years was higher than that of females (x ~ 2 = 13.793, 17.751, P = 0.000). The proportion of women aged 55 or older who regularly participate in physical activities is higher than that of women aged 55 or older (x ~ 2 = 6.233, P = 0.013). Tense feelings of stress Education staff accounted for 67.12%, of which 76.00% female staff ratio, male teacher ratio was 58.95%. The proportion of women aged 36-54 years old and ≥55 years old was significantly higher than that of men of the same age (x ~ 2 = 5.305, P = 0.021; x ~ 2 = 7.407, P = 0.006). Conclusion There are still many problems in the daily diet and lifestyle behavior of faculty in Inner Mongolia. Reasonable diet, smoking cessation and alcohol restriction, moderate exercise and psychological balance are the effective ways to enhance the physical quality of university faculty and staff, prevent chronic diseases and promote health.
