矿物中流体包裹体的液相成分主要为含盐0—60%的水溶液,其中含有 F~-、Cl~-、SO_4~(2-)、CO_3~(2-)、HCO_3~-、K~+、Na~+、NH_4~+、Li~+、Ca~(2+)、Mg~(2+)和少量重金属离子。鉴于石英流体包裹体中液相成分含量甚微,一般常用分析方法难以满足要求,为此我们采用了离子色谱法。离子色谱法的独特之处,在于一次进样能同时分离和测定多种离子,且具有快速、灵敏和取样少等特点,是包裹体中液相成分的理想测试方法。美国Dionex 公司的14型离子色谱仪是一台双系统单检测的仪器,能分别测定阴、阳离子,最小检出量可达 ppb级。我们采用该仪器的阳离子系统,一次进样同时分
The fluid components in the fluid inclusions are mainly composed of 0-60% salt solution containing F ~ -, Cl ~ -, SO_4 ~ (2 -), CO_3 ~ (2 -), HCO_3 ~ +, Na ~ +, NH_4 ~ +, Li ~ +, Ca ~ (2 +), Mg ~ (2+) and a few heavy metal ions. In view of the low content of liquid components in quartz fluid inclusions, the commonly used analytical methods are difficult to meet the requirements, for which we used ion chromatography. Ion chromatography is unique in that it allows simultaneous separation and determination of multiple ions in a single injection, and is characterized by its fast, sensitive, and low sampling, making it an ideal test method for the liquid phase composition of inclusions. US Dionex’s 14 ion chromatography is a dual-system single-detection equipment, were able to measure the anion, cation, the minimum detection up to ppb level.
