马钱子系马钱科植物马钱的干燥种子、药用其仁。民间曾用马钱子单方治疗老年慢性支气管炎。马钱子中的主要成份为士的宁和马钱子碱。经研究仅马钱子碱具有镇咳、祛痰作用。兹将研究结果报告如下: 一、动物实验结果: 1.依“恒压氢氧化铵喷雾法”实验证明,马钱子碱(50mg/kg)小白鼠灌胃给药,其ED T_(50)为82.33秒,对照组ED T_(50)为30.83秒,R值<150％,有明显的镇咳作用。 2.依“二氧化硫刺激法”实验证明,马钱子碱小白鼠灌胃给药,与对照组相比,经显著
