介绍了用解析法求解矩形花键滚刀理论曲线的方法 ,并用matlab软件模拟法向齿形和齿形包络图。说明了现代数控技术下不再需要近似曲线代替,并且分析了刀刃数量多少对所加工工件的棱度误差的影响。模拟结果表明,此方法可以根据要求的目标精度选择合理的刀刃数量,可以提高滚刀的设计精度和设计效率。
Introduced the analytical method to solve the rectangular spline hob theoretical curve method, and use matlab software to simulate the normal profile and profile envelope. It shows that the approximate curves are no longer needed in the modern numerical control technology and the influence of the number of cutting edges on the edge error of the workpiece is analyzed. Simulation results show that this method can select a reasonable number of blades according to the required target accuracy, and can improve the hob design accuracy and design efficiency.
