徐州矿区东部各矿1、3号煤层区段回风平巷经常发生严重的底鼓。本文论述了巷道底鼓的机理及其防治措施,介绍了课题组研制成功的专为控制巷道底鼓的一种新型可缩性环形支架。为了适应不同巷道断面的形状和尺寸,这种新型环形支架有两种不同的形状和尺寸:方环形支架是较宽的一种,长环形支架是较窄的一种。通过实验室加载试验和井下工业性试验表明,这种新型环形支架具有力学特性好、断面形状合理、巷道开掘容易、掘后不需任何修护等一系列优点。徐州权台煤矿一些巷道使用这种新型环形支架达两年多的时间,获得了显著的技术经济效果。
Xuzhou mine east of the mine seam No. 1, No. 1 section of the return road often serious drum. This paper discusses the mechanism of the roadway bottom drum and its prevention and control measures. A new type of retractable ring supporter specially designed for controlling the tunnel bottom drum is introduced. In order to adapt to the shape and size of different roadway cross-sections, the new ring bracket has two different shapes and sizes: a square ring bracket is a wide one and a long ring bracket is a narrower one. Laboratory loading test and downhole industrial tests show that this new type of annular stent has a series of advantages such as good mechanical properties, reasonable cross-sectional shape, easy excavation of the roadway, and no repairs after digging. Some tunnels at Quanzhou Coal Mine in Xuzhou have achieved significant technical and economic results using this new type of annular stent for more than two years.
