文中首先阐述了姬塬油田的主要地质特征,油田结垢现状和结垢机理,在分析结垢成因的基础上,提出结垢防治技术,最后进行了单井地层的结垢防治现场试验,实验表明:姬塬油田开采层位多,地层水、注入水矿化度高,富含成垢离子;在以上油水井三种联合作业工艺中,被挤入地层深部防垢剂的作用主要是延缓结垢速度,延长措施有效期,而真正起提高地层导流能力作用的分别是地层压裂、地层酸化和地层除垢作业。但由于酸处理液和除垢剂的作用对象较为单一,对提高地层导流能力的作用相对较小。而挤防垢剂与地层压裂联合作业,则是综合了压裂作业大幅度提高地层导流能力和延缓结垢速度,在低渗透油田地层结垢防治中具有明显的技术优势。
In this paper, the main geological characteristics of Jiyuan Oilfield, the current situation of scale formation and scaling mechanism in Jiyuan Oilfield are expounded. On the basis of analyzing the cause of scaling, a scale control technology is proposed. Finally, a field test of scaling prevention and control of single well formation is carried out. In the above three joint operation processes of oil and water wells, the effect of deep anti-scale agent squeezed into the formation is mainly delayed Fouling rate, and extending the effective period of measures, and actually play the role of improving the ability of formation conductivity are formation fracturing, formation acidification and formation descaling. However, the effect of acid treatment solution and descaling agent is rather single, and the effect on improving the conductivity of formation is relatively small. The combination of squeeze and scale inhibitor and formation fracturing is a combination of fracturing operations to greatly improve the strata conductivity and delay the rate of formation of scale in the formation of low permeability oil formation prevention and control has obvious technical advantages.
