One day in mid-August, Hannover was lukewarm and rare weather throughout the year in northern Germany. I and a few friends drove from Hamburg to visit the 2000 World Exposition, talking all the way to the ground, unknowingly reached its destination. Hannover is the capital of Germany’s Lower Saxony and is famous for its exhibition grounds in recent years. Compared with some European cities, its public transport facilities are particularly good. During World Expo, there are as many as 10 million viewers from all over the world, and the road here is not particularly crowded. We get off at an entrance to the Expo and quickly find a parking space. It seems that the number of cars is not as amazing as imagined. The reason is that locals are already ready to switch from private cars to more economical and convenient modes of transport, including ”regional trains“ and ”calling cars.“ Choose to host the Expo here, naturally is reasonable. Mentioning the World Expo, people will think of horticultural exposition in Kunming, which is a thematic nature, the Hanover World Expo in 2000 are of a universal nature. From 1851 to the present, such World Expo has been held 26 times. This time, covering an area of 170 hectares, exhibitors more than 190 countries and international organizations, the scale is second to none. The theme of this Expo is ”man - nature - technology: the birth of a new world “. I read the following words in a book introducing modern science and technology: ”At the beginning of this century, there were about 1.6 billion human beings in the world. At that time, though
