贯彻落实国务院办公厅转发的国务院体改办等八部门共同制定的《关于城镇医药卫生体制改革的指导意见》,是全国卫生厅局长会议提出的今年卫生部门的主要工作。学习和落实《指导意见》,是进一步贯彻落实《中共中央、国务院关子卫生改革与发展的决定》的又一实际步骤,标志着我国卫生改革与发展将步入一个新的阶段。今年,卫生改革和发展的任务十分繁重。我们要按照全国卫生厅局长会议的部署,认真贯彻《决定》和《指导意见》精神,解放思想,更新观念,抓住机遇,开拓进取,扎实工作,努力开创卫生工作的新局面。
The implementation of the Guiding Opinions on the Reform of the Urban Pharmaceutical and Health System jointly formulated by the State Council Reform Office and other eight departments forwarded by the General Office of the State Council is the main task of the health sector this year put forward by the National Directorate of Health. The study and implementation of the “Guiding Opinions” is yet another practical step in the further implementation of the “Decision of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Health Reform and Development”, marking that China’s health reform and development will enter a new stage. This year, the task of health reform and development is very onerous. We must follow the deployment of the National Directorate of Health and conscientiously implement the spirit of the “Decision” and “Guiding Opinion”, emancipate the mind, update our concepts, seize the opportunity, and forge ahead, work hard, and work hard to create a new situation in health work.
