钻井液视为钻井的血液,其性能的好坏直接关乎到钻井的安全及对储层的保护。钻井液由各种处理剂组成,不同的钻井液体系亦加入了不同的处理剂,在开钻一口井的过程中,根据不同的层段岩性,会选择不同的钻井液体系,其目的就是为了安全、优质、快速地打开目的层段,寻找油气的发现。然而,因选择不正确的钻井液体系或钻井液性能出现质量问题时,可能会“枪毙”储层,无法发现油气;严重的话可能造成钻井事故的频频发生,甚至直接造成油井报废。本文将由处理剂的质量检测入手,分析其的相关性能指标对钻井液的影响,且通过对处理剂产品在检测过程中存在的一些问题进行分析其原因。
