对肝功能不全、代谢性酸中毒患者,在临床上采用碱性药物纠正酸中毒时,对纠正酸中毒药物的选择多较慎重,一般均避免投与需经过肝脏代谢才能起纠正酸中毒作用的乳酸钠制剂。而目前药厂大量提供含乳酸钠的葡萄糖电解质溶液为临床使用。作者已报导过对阻塞性黄疸家兔病理模型,外源性乳酸钠仍可被利用,在一定程度上起到了纠正酸中毒的作用。本文仍以同样病理模型将复方乳酸钠葡萄糖注射液连续输注了六天,重点观察了对酸碱平衡、电解质及肝脏的影响。动物模型肝功能损害动物模型的制做有许多方法,如制做肝硬变或行肝大部切除等。我们采用了家兔总胆管结扎术的较简便的制做方法。选用中国白兔、雄性,体重2.3~2.8
