目的探讨实施三维超声鉴别诊断对乳腺肿快良恶性的应用价值。方法对2016年1月~2016年10月期间本院收治的108例患有乳腺肿块的女性患者为研究对象,所有患者均实施三维超声和二维超声影像诊断良恶性,后均接受病理及手术进一步证实,以对比分析不同检测方法对乳腺肿块良恶性诊断的特异度及准确率。结果三维超声鉴别诊断乳腺肿块中,除了内部回声均匀度方面与二维超声恶性诊断结果差异不显著外,边界整齐度、边界汇聚程度及冠状截面回声清晰度检测结果中三维超声均显著优于二维超声,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论三维超声影像技术对早期乳腺肿块良恶性诊断精确度较高,具有重要的推广价值。
Objective To investigate the value of three-dimensional ultrasonography in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors. Methods From January 2016 to October 2016, 108 female patients with breast lumps treated in our hospital were studied. Conclusion The three-dimensional ultrasound imaging technique has high accuracy in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast masses, which is of great value in popularization.
