目的建立雄黄解毒散中雄黄成分的分析方法。方法采用古蔡氏法对雄黄中毒性成分三氧化二砷进行半定量分析;采用硫酸钾、硫酸铵和硫酸对雄黄解毒散进行消化处理,采用滴定法对制剂中雄黄的主要成分二硫化二砷进行定量分析。结果每克雄黄解毒散中三氧化二砷含量不高于5 mg;每克雄黄解毒散中二硫化二砷平均含量为141.5 mg。结论本法简便可行,可有效地控制制剂质量。
OBJECTIVE To establish an analytical method of realgar in realgar. Methods Arsenic trioxide, a toxic component of Realgar yellow, was semi-quantitatively analyzed by the method of ancient Chua’s method. Dihuangdrine detoxification powder was digested with potassium sulfate, ammonium sulfate and sulfuric acid. Titration of arsenic disulfide, the main component of realgar in the preparation, was performed by titration. Results The content of arsenic trioxide in each gongxuelongxue powder was not higher than 5 mg. The average content of arsenic disulfide per gram of xionghuang jiedu powder was 141.5 mg. Conclusion This method is simple and feasible, which can effectively control the quality of preparation.
