目的:观测条件免疫反应哮喘动物模型的建立与应激地关系。方法:对哮喘发作的阴性动物上午10时心脏采血,对阳性动物进行条件反射训练诱发哮喘发作后上进210时心脏采血。对进行不同抗原浓度的激发实验后动物上午10时心脏采血。3次采血后采用放射免疫法测定血清皮质醇。结果:2、陶汰组动物分为条废与非废两组无明显差异 P>0.05。2、CS1、CS2、NS1无明显差异 P>0.05(诱发周测,CS3、NS2无明显差异 P>0.05;CS1、CS2、CS1与 CS3、NS2有明显差异 P<0.01。第3次采血测定各组之间无明显差异 P>0.05。结论:D 在一定时间,一定环境下条件反射训练与应激的发生关系不一定相关,但水除外间接地引起免疫增强作用,从而加强模型的建立过程。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the establishment of an asthmatic animal model of conditioned immune response and its relationship with stress. Methods: The heart blood samples were taken from the heart of the negative animals who had asthma attack at 10 o’clock in the morning and conditioned reflex training was performed on the positive animals. Animals were challenged with different antigen concentrations at 10 am for heart blood sampling. Serum cortisol was measured by radioimmunoassay after 3 times of blood sampling. There was no significant difference between two groups (P> 0.05), CS1, CS2 and NS1 (P> 0.05), there was no significant difference between CS3 and NS2 (P> 0.05; There was a significant difference between CS1, CS2, CS1 and CS3, NS2 (P <0.01) .There was no significant difference among the three groups in the third blood sampling.Conclusion: Is not necessarily related to the occurrence, but indirectly caused by water, immune enhancement, thereby strengthening the modeling process.
