骨折内固定术后疼痛发生较早,疼痛剧烈,给患者造成了极大的痛苦,部分病人甚至因疼痛引发相关并发症。作者采用医院自制的止痛胶囊结合非甾体药物治疗骨折内固定术后疼痛,取得了满意的疗效。并将此方法于传统单纯应用非甾体药物方法进行了对比观察,现报告如下。1资料与方法1.1临床资料选取2014-12/2015-3月作者医院所做的骨折内固定术患者100例,其中男78例,女22例,年龄14~74岁,平 Fracture internal fixation pain occurred earlier, severe pain, causing great pain to patients, some patients even caused by pain-related complications.
