中央人民政府教育部颁布了小学(四二制)教学计划(草案),我们体会到在试行贯彻这一计划(草案)时,首先在注意做好下列几项工作: (一)根据学校具体情况,订出切实可行的试行计划,稳步前进。例如在计划草案中说明(1)“阅读作文包括语法教学和说话练习。作文以每两周习作一次为原则,馀为写作指导的时间。……”在我们校中,对学生进行语法教学的条件较差,这是由於教师本身对语法缺乏系统知识的缘故。因此在这一方面我们应从领导教师学习语法基本知识做起。又我校
