本文认为,贫困山区人为的捆绑、人口与自然的恶性循环、贫困经济的恶性循环交织在一起,阻碍着贫困山区的经济发展。作者提出了推挽增长经济发展战略的基本思路,即:通过调整产业结构,建立适应本地自然条件的最优生产体制,开发资源来诱发经济增长,加速生产积累,以增长效益和外来生产要素的结合实现产业经济增长以及产业之间的相互推动和拉动,促进贫困山区经济持续稳定协调发展。
This article argues that the artificial bundling in poor mountainous areas, the vicious cycle of population and nature, and the vicious cycle of poor economy are intertwined, hindering the economic development in impoverished mountainous areas.
