57只实验树鼩接种HBV后,用分子杂交技术、电镜及肝组织免疫酶标方法检测,有39只证实已获感染.这39只动物血清HBsAg及抗-HBs(PHA)表现有6种形式,与人感染HBV后的表现形式相似.表明树鼩是可用于HBV实验感染研究的较好的动物.
Fifty-seven tree shrews were infected with HBV after being inoculated with HBV, and were confirmed by molecular hybridization, electron microscopy and liver enzyme immunoassay, and 39 of them were confirmed to have been infected. There were 6 forms of serum HBsAg and anti-HBs (PHA) , Similar to the pattern of human infection with HBV, suggesting that tree shrews are better animals for HBV experimental infection research.
