为增进“百千万人才工程”人选及其他优秀青年科技工作者的学术交流,加强学科间的交叉的融合,国家地震局人事教育司受国家人事部专家司委托承办第一届“百千万人才工程”专题学术论坛活动,论坛主题为“21世纪的地球科学与21世纪的地球科学家”。本次论坛活动先后收到中国科学院、国家教委、地质矿产部、中国气象局、国家海洋局、国家测绘局和国家地震局等单位的数十位从事地球科学研究的优秀青年工作者提交的论文或摘要。本专辑共收集了其中的17篇论文,分别介绍了优秀青年科技工作者从不同角度针对地球科学研究的现状、存在的问题及其在21世纪可望解决的途径提出的见解。有些论文的内容还涉及地球科学与社会和经济的问题,地球科学研究中的定性和半定量的经验及其在科学研究中的意义和限度等。本专辑得到国家人事部专家司和国家地震局人事教育司的大力合作和支持,在此表示感谢。
In order to promote the academic exchanges among candidates for “Talents Project” and other outstanding young scientists and technicians, and to strengthen the integration of different disciplines, the personnel training department under the State Seismological Bureau has entrusted the commissioners of the first “ Tens of millions of Talents Project ”special academic forum activities, the forum theme of“ Earth Sciences in the 21st Century and 21st Century Earth Scientist ”. The forum has received dozens of excellent young workers engaged in earth science research submitted by Chinese Academy of Sciences, the State Education Commission, Ministry of Geology and Minerals, China Meteorological Administration, the State Oceanic Administration, the State Bureau of Surveying and Mapping and the State Seismological Bureau and other units Or summary. A total of 17 papers were collected in this album, which separately introduced outstanding young scientists and technologists from different perspectives for the status quo of earth science research, problems and their solutions in the 21st century is expected to solve the views. Some papers also cover issues of geosciences and social and economic issues, qualitative and semi-quantitative experiences in earth science research, and their implications and limits in scientific research.
