目的探讨加强医患沟通在构建和谐医患关系中的应用。方法加强医患沟通教育,增强医患沟通意识,提高医患沟通技能;建立和完善医患沟通制度,实施全方位沟通;突出重点病例与重点环节的医患沟通。结果通过加强医患沟通,增强了医生的沟通意识,提高了沟通技能,医生能够积极进行良好有效的沟通,缓和了医患关系,减少了医疗纠纷。结论加强医患沟通尤其是通过加强教育,增强法律意识与沟通意识,不断学习医患沟通技巧,强化医患沟通技能训练,不断完善医患沟通制度,突出重点沟通等实践,能够有效地减少医疗纠纷,在构建和谐医患关系方面具有一定的实效价值。
Objective To explore the application of doctor-patient communication in building a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients. Methods To strengthen communication and education between doctors and patients, enhance communication awareness among doctors and patients, and improve communication skills among doctors and patients; establish and perfect the communication system between doctors and patients and implement all-round communication; and highlight the communication between doctors and patients in key cases and key links. Results By strengthening communication between doctors and patients, doctors’ awareness of communication and communication skills were enhanced. Physicians were able to communicate effectively and effectively, ease the relationship between doctors and patients, and reduce medical disputes. Conclusion To strengthen the communication between doctors and patients, especially through strengthening education, enhancing legal awareness and communication awareness, continuously learning doctor-patient communication skills, strengthening doctor-patient communication skills training, continuously improving doctor-patient communication system and highlighting key communication practices, it can effectively reduce medical treatment Dispute, in building a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients has some practical value.
