苯达松(3—异丙基—1氢—苯骈2,1,3—噻二嗪—4—酮—2,2—二氧化物)的结构式为: 分子式:C_(10)H_(12)N_2O_3S 它具有高效、低毒、杀草谱广,对作物安全等特点。国外已报导用气相色谱、薄层色谱和液相色谱直接分析苯达松。我们开展了薄层色谱分离后用容量法测定苯达松的方法。一、试剂及仪器实验 (一) 试剂 1.正已烷:分析纯。2.氯仿;分析纯。3.丙酮:分析纯。4.甲酸:分析纯。5.硫酸铜:分析纯。6.无水硫酸钠:分析纯。7.氢氧化钠溶液:10N。8.硼酸饱和溶液。9.硅酸G:薄层层析用。10.0.1N盐酸标准溶液:配制及标定见国家标准。11.0.05N甲醇钠苯—甲醇
