目的分析甘肃省兰州市红古区服务行业从业人员甲型肝炎、戊型肝炎感染状况,为科学制定防控措施提供依据。方法对2010—2013年红古区食品生产经营单位、公共场所、药品经营单位10 653名从业人员采空腹静脉血用酶联免疫法进行甲型肝炎IgM抗体和戊型肝炎IgM抗体检测,对检测结果进行统计分析。结果红古区服务行业10 653名从业人员中,甲型肝炎IgM抗体阳性率0.150%,其中男性阳性率0.098%,女性0.183%;戊型肝炎IgM抗体阳性率0.019%,其中男性阳性率0.024%,女性0.015%;感染者主要集中在20~40岁年龄组;甲型肝炎、戊型肝炎阳性率性别(χ2HAV=1.20,P>0.05)、年龄(χ2HEV=2.34,P>0.05)间差异均无统计学意义。结论应重视服务行业从业人员健康管理,进一步加强卫生知识宣传,推广疫苗接种,加大卫生监督力度,采取有效措施防控甲型肝炎和戊型肝炎。
Objective To analyze the status of Hepatitis A and Hepatitis E infection among employees in service industry in Honggu District, Lanzhou City, Gansu Province, and to provide basis for scientific prevention and control measures. Methods A total of 10 653 employees from the food production and operation units, public places and drug dealers of Hongkuk District from 2010 to 2013 were tested for hepatitis A and IgM antibodies by fasting venous blood by ELISA. Results of statistical analysis. Results The positive rate of hepatitis A and IgM antibodies was 0.150% in 10 653 employees in Hongqiu service industry, of which the positive rate was 0.098% for males and 0.183% for females; the positive rate for IgM antibodies for hepatitis E was 0.019%, and the positive rate for males was 0.024% (Χ2HAV = 1.20, P> 0.05), and age (χ2HEV = 2.34, P> 0.05). The positive rates of hepatitis A and E were higher than those of the controls No statistical significance. Conclusion We should attach importance to the health management of practitioners in the service industry, further strengthen publicity of health knowledge, promote vaccination, intensify health supervision and take effective measures to prevent and control hepatitis A and hepatitis E.
