针孔是厚度较小的铝箔中普遍存在的现象。针孔的存在影响铝箔的机械性能和包装效果。产生针孔原因有:熔炼过程中除气、除渣不尽和浇铸操作中受到二次污染;轧制油中含有杂质:铝箔坯料有油斑、氧化腐蚀和热压印;金属表面擦伤;道次压下量过大;轧辊表面缺陷;油毡不清洁;车间环境灰尘。生产实践证明,在整洁生产环境中所轧制的铝箔远较恶劣生产环境所轧制的铝箔的针孔数少。因此,要减少铝箔针孔,除了改善熔铸质量外,车间生产环境是不容忽视的重要因素。
