为了防止零件表面锈蚀并使其更加美观,都要在它们的表面上喷涂一层(或多层)有一定厚度的均匀细密的漆膜。在汽车行业,需要喷漆的零件较多,工作量较大。但,目前国内的喷漆操作多属手工方式,喷雾又得不到应有的处理,从而导致工作环境恶劣、劳动强度过重。有的厂(如北京客车四厂)的喷漆室在工作过程中,由于过滤、抽风效果差,整个喷漆室都被漆雾所充满。喷漆工人强烈要求改变这种状况。1981年7月我们承担了丹东汽车改装厂两条油漆线的设计任务,在设计前对国内各主要汽车厂和客车厂的喷漆设备作了调查,结果见表1。
In order to prevent parts of the surface rust and make it more beautiful, should be sprayed on their surface layer (or layers) with a certain thickness of the uniform fine film. In the automotive industry, there are more parts that need to be painted and the workload is greater. However, at present, most domestic spray painting operations are manual processes, and the spray can not be handled properly. As a result, the working environment is harsh and the workforce is overloaded. Some factories (such as Beijing Bus Factory 4) spray booth in the work process, due to filtration, ventilation poor effect, the entire paint spray booth was filled with paint fog. Spray painters are strongly urged to change this situation. In July 1981, we undertook the design task of two paint lines of Dandong Automobile Refitting Factory. Before the design, we surveyed the spray paint equipment of all major automobile factories and bus depots in China. The results are shown in Table 1.
