当前,中国正处于社会经济发展的第二阶段,即随着工业化进程的不断加快,不断推动着城市化发展的进程中。房地产业与国民经济之间存在着作用与反作用及双向反馈的关系,且不是简单的局部与整体之间的关系,而是一个有机整体。文章结合中国历年房地产宏观调控政策及其执行效果,提出对中国房地产进行宏观调控的原则,并在此基础之上对房地产宏观调控现状进行评价。
At present, China is in the second stage of social and economic development. That is, as the process of industrialization continues to accelerate and the urbanization process continues to be promoted. There is a relationship between the real estate industry and the national economy with its function and reaction and with two-way feedback. It is not a simple relationship between the part and the whole, but an organic whole. Based on the macro regulation and control policies of real estate in China over the years and its implementation effect, this article puts forward the principle of macro regulation and control over real estate in China. On this basis, it evaluates the status quo of real estate macro regulation and control.
