在纸层析方面,Weidmann等和Kertes等曾分别系统研究用磷酸三丁酯(TBP)-盐酸,TBP-硝酸体系作纸层析分离。Siekierski等曾以TBP作为固定相,硝酸作为流动相,在硅藻土柱进行希土元素的反相层析,效果颇好。本文作者考虑到硫氰酸铵能与各希土离子形成具不同稳定性的络合物,可以改变它们在TBP和水相间的分配系数,因而选择TBP-HNO_3-NH_4CNS体系进行希土元素的反相纸层析。
In paper chromatography, Weidmann et al. And Kertes et al. Have systematically studied the paper chromatography using TBP-HCl and TBP-nitric acid respectively. Siekierski et al. Used TBP as the stationary phase and nitric acid as the mobile phase. The reversed-phase chromatography of the rare earth element on a diatomaceous earth column was quite effective. The authors consider that ammonium thiocyanate can form complexes with different stability with different earth ions, and can change their partition coefficient between TBP and water phase. Therefore, the TBP-HNO3-NH4CNS system is chosen to react with rare earth elements Photo paper chromatography.
