人们的日常生活中离不开烹饪,而随着生活水平的不断提高,社会在培养中职烹饪人才上的要求也越来越高。而要培养高水平人才,教学工作无疑是重中之重。特别是在当前形势下,有效开展中职烹饪教学更是势在必行。本文笔者结合自身工作实践,对当前形势下有效开展中职烹饪教学的必要性进行了简要论述,重点探讨了有效开展中职烹饪教学的具体措施,旨在促进教学质量与教学效果的提高,让学生更好的适应就业市场。
