对水淬二次镍渣胶结的充填体试件进行了动静加载状态下的强度特性试验研究。研究结果表明:随着胶砂比的增大,充填体试件的静态抗压强度和动态抗压强度都有不同程度的提高;但在动态加载状态下,充填体试件的抗压强度明显高于静态条件;在胶砂比为1∶4时,充填体28d的抗压强度,动态加载条件下比静态加载条件下高57%,抗拉强度高72%,动态抗剪强度高127%。在动态荷载条件下,充填体试件抗拉强度和抗剪强度的增加趋势相比抗压强度增加更为明显。
Experimental study on the strength characteristics of the secondary nickel slag cementing filler specimens subjected to static and dynamic loading was carried out. The results show that with the increase of mortar ratio, the static compressive strength and dynamic compressive strength of the specimens are all improved to some extent. However, under dynamic loading, the compressive strength of the specimens is obviously Higher than the static condition; when the ratio of mortar to sand is 1: 4, the compressive strength of the filler 28d under dynamic loading is 57% higher than that under static loading, the tensile strength is 72% higher and the dynamic shear strength is higher by 127% . Under the dynamic load condition, the increase trend of tensile strength and shear strength of the filler specimens is more obvious than that of the compressive strength.
