以2-氯-5-硝基苯甲腈为起始原料,经氨解、还原反应,制得标题化合物,考察了氨解、还原条件对收率的影响,总收率92.6%,产品结构经核磁、质谱得到确认。
Using 2-chloro-5-nitrobenzonitrile as starting material, the title compound was prepared by aminolysis and reduction reaction. The effects of aminolysis and reduction conditions on the yield were investigated. The overall yield was 92.6%. The product structure By NMR, MS confirmed.
