Our factory has been using φ0.75 mm cobalt tungsten alloy (CoW25) wire instrument shaft tip. Cobalt-tungsten alloy is wear-resistant and impact-resistant, but its toughness after heat treatment is poor. It is easy to break during assembly and use, and it has magnetic and non-corrosion resistance, which brings difficulties to parts processing and instrument storage. In addition, cobalt-tungsten alloy aging process instability, the hardness value often need to rework to meet the technical requirements (HR_c ≥ 59 kg / mm ~ 2). Therefore, it is necessary to find a new type of shaft-tip material with high hardness, high wear resistance, anti-vibration, impact resistance, no magnetism, corrosion resistance and good workability.
