近年来,类似学生规模近万人的“高中航母”在全国各地不断出现,有愈演愈烈之势。以示范高中和优质高中为基础发展起来的这些超大规模学校在扩大高中教育规模并使更多的学生享受到优质高中教育资源方面发挥了积极作用,极大地促进了我国高中教育的发展,但这也引发了一系列学校内部管理问题及社会问题。随着“高中航母”的继续蔓延,它势必引发一系列教育行政和学校管理的变革,同时导致我们不能回避一个问题——对高中学校适度规模问题的思考。
